Top fermented ale with an amber, clear, off-white foamy head. Malt, caramel, forest earth and spices on the nose. Tastes balanced with malt up front and caramel, spices, roasted flavors and a bit of bitterness. Long and sophisticated finish. medium bodied and dry. Natarual gentle carbonation.
