A very rare variety which dates back to at least the 1700s, and quite likely even earlier. It has a soft and gentle texture, with a little acidity and only slight tannins. Hints of lemon compote, garden flowers and ripe, tasty, pear. An easy drinking and delicate pear.Pressed: October 2023Bottled: July 2024
