A clean & tart kettle sour IPA liberally dry hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado & Amarillo.The hops and lactic sour combine to yield a delicate bouquet of cattiness (blackcurrant/sav blanc) with a touch of sherbet sweetness.This along with moderate minerality from heightened chloride salts makes for a beautiful hopped up sour IPA, that even the staunchest wine drinker might enjoy.
