Birthday Cake Beer

Every Birthday celebration needs a birthday cake and we wanted to share our cake with as many of our drinkers, friends and supporters as we could. We figured the best way to do that was in liquid form. So here is our birthday cake presented to you in a glass. We brewed a sweet oat cream base at an easy 4.5% and added raspberry and vanilla to emulate a sponge cake with lashings of cream and raspberry jam.Help us blow out the candles and enjoy a “slice”.
