East Bank Preserves: Raspberry + Vanilla (Aged in Bourbon Barrels 6/15/20)

My first thought after tasting this beer all carbed up was vanilla raspberry sorbet in a glass. We used the berries at around 4 pounds per gallon alongside whole Madagascar vanilla. The taste is noticeable sweet with the tart finish you expect. Very clean.
