DDH DIPA w/a load of wet/fresh Amarillo hops (picked w/in 24hrs) added to mash tun which we used as a hop back. We ran the hot wort through the bed of fresh hops before chilling it into the fermenter. Then Double Dry Hopped with Amarillo and a touch of Citra.
