Boatrocker are not big hazy IPA producers... We make 'em, we drink 'em and we love 'em, but they are not a core style for us. So when we do make them, they need to be banging and very drinkable, and provide something new for the brewer and consumer. Enter experimental hops 102 from New Zealand. When the tasting notes were described as 'strawberry and bubblegum', we were hooked!
