"Thick Marshmallow Sea Goo” is an Unfiltered smoothie-style Berliner Weiss’s made in collaboration with @goosetheband and brewed with strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, sweet cherry, lemon, dark chocolate and marshmallows. We then conditioned this “Goo” on Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao nibs, fresh mint, and dry-hopped it with Motueka. “Knowledge is the pathway to each and every soul.” Think chocolate chip mint ice cream, raspberry lemon chocolate bars, and the Flying V.
