The hearty malt profileof Bonfire Nights is all graham cracker, chocolate, andcampfire smoke flavors. 12 pounds of (vegan)marshmallow were added during the boil to create acreamy, smooth mouthfeel. Even more vanilla andcocoa nibs were infused post-fermentation to bringout the classic s'more flavors of fire-roastedmarshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate.
