Dry-hopped porter. Lots to dissect here. Our inclination is towards hop-forward beers, so we've created a more traditional porter recipe (fermented with a Belgian yeast strain), combined with what we know from IPA brewing. Banana, chocolate and herbal hoppiness from UK Olicana and USA HBC 638
