For our third smoothie sour we've gone all seasonal!We brewed up a thick oat heavy base, complemented with plenty of lactose for extra body and sweetness, then fermented with a lactic producing yeast until the pH was just right. After a second fermentation we then blended the base beer with huge amounts of Blackberry, Blueberry, Redcurrant, Strawberry and Raspberry puree.Part beer, part fruit smoothie and most importantly...DELICIOUS!Contains: BARLEY, WHEAT, OATS and MILK(Lactose)
