In collaboration w/ Hudson North Cider & inspired by the Hudson Valley harvest, we are proud to introduce a new sparkling, dry IPA; Farmhouse Champagne.Paying homage to the apple’s Hudson Valley harvest season & the bounty of fall, this IPA utilizes regionally grown & harvested ingredients. This collaboration includes Empire Malt from New York alongside Vista & Excelsior hops from our friends at New York Hop Guild. This IPA leans into similar characteristics that New York ciders bring to the table. Farmhouse Champagne is dry, bright, & slightly effervescent w/ notes of delicate sweet fruit & tropical mango.No boil & no whirlpool hops give this release a supersoft mouthfeel that is as delicate as a glass of Hudson Valleychampagne.
