Introducing a new beer made with a generous amount of grapes!This time, we used grapes from Sato Vineyard in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. Grapes grown in the underground waters of Mt. Hayachine are very sweet and fragrant!The brewing team crushed the grapes like wine and added them with the skins on. Fermenting them with the wort resulted in a sophisticated beer that tastes almost like wine.By adding BB's specialty wood chips, the flavor is reminiscent of wooden barrel aging.The beer name, B-Mellow, comes from ripe grapes and the slang word for mellow, which means "relaxed, comfortable"!We hope you enjoy this soothing flavor on a long autumn night.
