Sparkling cider made by first infusing our signature dry cider base with freshly picked Cascade hops a process also known as wet hopping and finished by blending with fresh pressed local haskap juice giving this cider a vibrant pink color. The tartness and ripe Berry notes imported by the huskap come together with a distinctively clean citrusy bitterness of Cascade hops to create this refreshing off-dry cider.
