While not a historically defined style like the other three, the Light Pilsner is arguably the best of the bunch, integrating that moderate earthy hoppiness and flavorful graininess from the American Pilsners we love so much with the incredibly dry finish and refreshing nature that has made the Light Lager America's sessionable beer of choice. Boots & Buckles incorporates both aspects flawlessly with delicate hop-induced notes of citrus blossoms, wild rose, cedar bark, and lemon balm alongside a hyper-dry finish that washes clean its mellow malt flavors of biscuit crackers, brazil nut, and corn pops. Possibly the most perfect dual-purpose beer we have ever brewed, Boots & Buckles works equally perfect whether it's tailgating at the rodeo, chugging around the campfire, or sipping on the couch while rooting against the Cowboys.
