We have tweaked our pale ale recipe to create an absolute spring treat! At 3.8% it has a medium to light body. On the nose, we get aromas of coconut and passionfruit. The combo of Citra and Lotus gives us an explosion of citrus on the palate. We’ve got heaps of tangerine and lychee, with a delicious coconut finish. If you were deserted on a hot tropical island with only this beer, you would be satisfied.
