Barrel Aged Cider with Golden Plums and Elderflower.This version of Ostara was barrel aged for 8 months in a sour beer barrel from Indie Ale House, and then bottle conditioned with brettanomyces in the warmest part of our cidery for an additional 13 months. The brett has chewed on the fruit and flowers to create the most gorgeous layers of funk, melding the flavours of elderflower and golden plums in an astounding way.
