An American Fruit Beer with a kick. Fresh mango puree and cayenne pepper were added post-fermentation to a simple golden ale, producing juicy, tropical fruit flavors with a strong punch of chile pepper on the back end. Brewed with an eye on achieving the perfect balance between sweet and spicy and with daydreams of summertime in our heads.
