Clinker

A smooth and fruity pale ale brewed with Styrian Aurora and Idaho 7 hops. Fermented hot with our house Kviek yeast for added depth of flavour.The name Clinker comes from a method of boat-building where the edges of hull planks overlap one another. A clinker-built shipwreck was recently found buried below sand in Portrush harbour.
