Mad Fermentation Vol 36: Sunburst

This is our first trial with Berkeley Yeast's new Sunburst strain. It's the classic "Chico" American Ale strain modified to produce a large amount of several esters reminiscent of pineapple and citrus. After fermentation, we dry hopped with Luminosa a new variety that they describe as " Peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava."
