Vibrant Apple is a gentle introduction to our hard cider program in Woodstock, Connecticut. Both Tree House and locally grown apples are first juiced in our manual 1898 apple press and then fermented cool to retain the original and bright essence of this carefully selected blend of apples. A soft effervescence and crisp mouthfeel make Vibrant Apple supremely enjoyable and refreshing, especially on a warm New England summer day. We then aged this cider in gin barrels and added a touch of juice from our own house grown elderberries to round out the flavors provided by the barrel aging. Enjoy
