Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this Imperial Stout is conditioned on cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and diced habaneros. A touch of lactose simulates the creaminess of a comforting winter hot chocolate. This beer has a dark chocolate finish with a subtle kick from the habaneros.
