Patience is a beer that has been a rather long time in the making. This dry-hopped lager was brewed as a wedding gift for our Taproom Manager, Mikey. Unfortunately due to the current circumstances, the wedding has now been postponed twice and was most recently set to go down in Tasmania this September. We decided to go ahead with the beer though, and we’re pretty pumped with how it’s turned out. Utilizing a non-traditional Kveik lager strain, this beer fermented quicker than any lager strain we’ve used in the past. Lightly dry-hopped with Lemondrop and Motueka, we get soft notes of peach, bright citrus and a hint of melon. The Kveik character comes through in the finish, which is dry and crisp.
