Welcome to our 9th installment of Me Time, our series of single hopped IPAs, giving hops a bit of Me Time; time to find themselves. In this edition, we introduce you to Idaho 7™. Idaho 7™ is very much one of the newest heavy hitters of the hop world. First released from Jackson Farms just outside of Boise. This hop is ripe with zesty tangerine, somewhat like marmalade. It also melds citrus and some herbal character that are almost like earl grey tea. We hope you enjoy this hop as much as we do.
