Poetic Principle

Описание

Cascadian Dark Ale, India Black Ale, Black IPA, call it what you want, we'll just call it delicious. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Sabro, Mosaic, and an experimental hop known only as "586" for a piney and citrus aroma that melds perfectly into the hefty roast from the chocolate and black malts. Finishes bitter (remember bitterness?) and with a nice chocolate note.
