The PER-fect Brownie

This beer was a collaboration with our great friends over at The "PER"cantile and Creamery dessert bar in Concord, NC. We asked them for a brownie, so they baked up a luscious 25 pound batch with dark chocolate chocolate chips. We added this entire batch of brownies to the Mash along with peanut butter in whirlpool to our one barrel, double mash and ended up with a boozy, chocolatey, full bodied pastry stout.
