Holy Ginger is a 6.6% Saison with lemon peel and ginger additions, brewed in collaboration with the fine folks from Edge Brewing.The idea behind this beer was to brew an interesting summer beer to match the warm weather of both Barcelona and Lisbon. It is a refreshing, light saison with a bitter edge from the lemons and a subtle spicy feel from the ginger. The French saison yeast gave it some herbal notes both on aromas and flavor.
