Holy Roller is a hoppy take on a traditional Saison. It has a soft malt palate from low attenuating Saison yeast making a super fresh drinkable beer. The yeast gives clove-like phenolics and spicy esters, which blend perfectly with the tropical and wine-like NZ hop combination of Motueka and Nelson Sauvin.
