bottling date: 20/12/2023.This second batch of Zenne d'Auge is a blend of two old Calvados cask matured lambikken.These Calvados casks were sourced with the Domaine Familial Louis Dupont in Victot-Pontfol,in the heart of Normandy. The history of this renowned cidrerie and calvados house goes backfor more than 150 years.All lambikken originate from five different 3 Fonteinen brews and three different neutral barrels,of which two four-year old lambikken were put on the Calvados casks for extended ageing. This Calvados lambik is the first testament of a wider blending of our two crafts. Meanwhile, theteam at Domaine Dupont also received a used sherry cask of ours at their premises to mature and finish an old Calvados on. The Calvados thus got that little 3 Fonteinen touch as well.
