White IPA

Brewed to combine our favourite attributes of both Belgian Witbiers and IPAs. The mingling of tropical, citrussy, and white grape fruit character from an all-NZ hopping bill with the delicate banana ester, plus light spice character, of a Belgian yeast strain creates something unique and delicious. A soft wheat- and oat-laden mouthfeel gives way to a light bitterness and finishes with a lush, mouthcoating hop flavour resulting from multiple dry hop additions. A beer bursting with character, we think we have successfully melded the drinkability of the Wit and hop character and strength of the IPA.
