Mulberries are a seasonal fruit that our brewmaster loves, typically ripening in spring and summer. For this new brew, we started with a clean and refreshing sour beer as the base and added a large amount of fresh mulberry juice. Additionally, we incorporated juices from mini tangerine - unique to the Lingnan region and citrus medica juices. The inclusion of sea salt also balances the tart and sweet flavors, making it a thirst-quenching delight.
