This beer was a blend of a mature 2-year-old spontaneous beer and a young spontaneous beer aged on New Jersey grown Yellow Peaches and both Yellow and White Nectarines. It drinks with a pungently peachy aroma and a bright citrusy but balanced acidity with a juicy stone fruit flavor.
