Dark Abyss

Not your average beer, this dark Brett saison has a soft maltiness and dry finish. Our mixed house culture gives the beer an interesting fruity character with a hint of funk. As with all our mixed fermentation beers, this beer will develop further on bottle. We don’t know yet how it’ll turn out and which flavours we’ll discover, so dive in with us to explore the hidden depths of the Dark Abyss.
