We wanted to create a Mexican Mole inspired beer by adding Guatemalan Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Ancho Chilies and Mexican Vanilla Beans to bring all the ingredients together. Although this beer has chilies, this beer is barely spicy. The Ancho Chilies lend more of a smokiness to the overall complexity of the beer.
