Proof of Concept

Описание

Our San Diego-inspired West Coast IPA, Proof of Concept pours a brilliant yellow that boasts moderate clarity and tight white foam. Bright tropical aromatics that scream ripe mango, pineapple, and ruby grapefruit flesh sit atop a dry, snappy palate. A mild dankess promotes the strategic multi-varietal hopping schedule and carries roundness and edge to a medium bitterness.
