Märzen or Märzenbier is a lager that originated in Bavaria and has a medium to full body and may vary in color from pale through amber to dark brown. We brewed this one with all Canadian ingredients and used honey to tank-condition for carbonation in order to keep our CO2 footprint as low as possible. Malt forward with a big note of honey, yet still easy drinking, this unique lager is perfect for Spring!
