After being tucked away in two Willet barrels for two years, we conditioned our collab with Short Throw Brewing on Swiss Chocolate Almond Coffee, Almonds, and Marshmallow.This rich and decadent brownie-like stout is laced with a rich nutty flavor from the almonds, a slightly sweet magical marshmallow flavor with notes of dusted cocoa, and just enough coffee to cut through any sweetness. The barrel presence offers a touch of warmth and a beautiful oaky vanilla finish layered with caramel candy, making this favorite drink like a whiskey-infused Rocky Road ice cream shake on steroids. Please enjoy this creation close to room temperature to take full advantage of the delicious flavors.
