American IPA. American 2-row, pale ale, malt and a small amount of American caramel 20L, mashed at a low temperature to minimize maltiness. Highly hopped at 80+ IBU. All aroma and dry hops are Wisconsin grown, from Gorst Valley Hops -- Perle, Mt Hood, Cascade and Brewer's Gold. Alcohol at about 6.6%.
