We took the original base of Cookies & Cream Pop and added it to a Blanton’s barrel for just over 19 months before we conditioned the barrel aged beer on crushed sandwich cookies, cake mix, cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of lactose.Thick and rich, Barrel Aged Cookies & Cream Pop has aromas of pulverized vanilla bean, oaky caramel with big flavors of Oreo milkshake, Kahlua and Milk, and frozen mudslide cocktails. The finish offers a warming barrel presence of chocolate Bourbon Bon-bon dipped in marshmallow glaze.
