Very unique tropical fragrant character. very small batchQuince are somewhere in between a pear and an apple and are certainly more fragrant than both fruits combined. Quince are a member of the Pomme fruit family of apple and pears. Quince are very sought after and rare and are considered a prized treasure by both perry and cider makers. In Pomme Springs we have used Pineapple Quince, a prized variety that Luther Burbank pollinated and have become a part of California heirloom history.
