Opting for a pilsner base malt and a small addition of wheat for a classic baseline. Fresh cracked black pepper alongside the Czech Hop Saaz for a nice hint of spice. Honey, for depth of colour and sweetness. A small dash of Lemon grass for citrus and ginger tones alongside Citra hops for a nice well balanced flavour typical of a Saison.
