Albino Rhino is a new direction for our Hazy IPA program. We added hops to the mash, boil, whirlpool, fermentation and conditioning phases. Citra Cryo, Mosaic and El Dorado Cryo form soft juicy flavors of Bartlett pear, sweet Papaya, creamy pink guava, drippy Totapuri mango, zippy blue spruce tips and fragrant creeping charlie.
