IPA TONE 0801 (Sour IPA: Galaxy, Idaho 7, Azacca)

Описание

Sour IPA, 14° Plato, 4.1% ABV. We came up with the IPA tone series to explore all the colors of hoppy beers and now we are getting the the more obscure ones. This is our first sour IPA and it just might not be the last one - we like the way the light acidity increases the drinkability and highlights the fruitiness of Galaxy and Azacca. This is one of the most refreshing IPAs we’ve brewed in a long time.
