De-Liberation is a well balanced Dry-Hopped Sour with three hop varieties to create a complex bouquet of hop flavour and aroma. Mosaic provides notes of a berry + tropical medley which pairs nicely with the citrus notes of Citra, and the tropical stone fruit with a hint of coconut notes of Sabro round out the beer. Brewed with a half barley malt and half wheat malt for a full bodied refreshing tart beer.Artist Inspiration: "Two crows, tangled between each other - holding both their ropes and the key to being unbound.
