杭州临平春季的绿茶，经温火烘焙成焙茶，凸显香气的同时，减弱了苦涩感。青梅则来自3月初的黄山，榨成新鲜的青梅汁。我们选择了口感清爽的科隆，在酿造时将两种风味加入，焙茶的风味与青梅酸甜结合其中，梅香带甜而不腻、茶韵回甘犹如现泡。Hangzhou's Linping region produces spring green tea which is roasted over warm fire to create Hojicha that enhances aroma while reducing bitterness. We add fresh green plum juice made from Huangshan in early March. We selected Kolsch for its refreshing taste and added the Hojicha and juice during brewing. The tea flavor is combined with the sweet and sour taste of green plum. The plum aroma is sweet but not cloying, and the tea flavor is refreshing and lingers like freshly brewed tea.
