Brewed with Simcoe and Krush hops and fermented with five different strains of Brettanomyces yeast, Douglas brings a distinctly wild and funky character to the classic West Coast IPA style. Expect layers of pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, yuzu, and white grapefruit and an explosion of Brett-derived horse blanket and funk, all balanced by a crisp, dry finish.
