This exquisite Glacé resulting from the cold of our Quebec winters was born in a small Eastern Townships village. The fine flavor of the fruits concentrates to give us a delicious velvety smooth nectar. This ice cider goes marvelously well with pâtés de fois gras, ripened cheeses, and deserts.
