This is an incredible example of a fine plum wine that won't be found anywhere else.Made entirely from three fruits, Plums, Cranberries and strawberries.We have fermented this wine to just off dry, then aged it for nearly a year in some of the finest french oak barrels available. Plum Lords has an incredible balance at 14.2% featuring strong fruit character matched by excellent tannin from cranberry as well as great acidity from the plums.This has a zippy finish with a fleeting carbonic effervescence. There are some great notes of vanilla, rum, fruit punch candy, honey, and apricot. The barrel aging has made a fine but balanced contribution to this holiday seasonal inspired wine.
