This beer is a single barrel base gerste brewed in april 2021 and has matured in barrels for about 34 months. After fermenting and maturing it was transferred onto madame blanchet nectarines and macerated for a couple of weeks. The total fruit intensity is 684 grams of nectarines per liter.
