Horta Echo is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer taking part of our limited edition.Traditional but not completely traditional as we hopped and dry hopped this beer with more hops than recommended by the style (sorry !).We have choosen Loral & Callista to compliment the citrus notes coming from the wheat (60% of the grain bill) with floral, citrus, apricot, and pepper notes. The result is a true wheat beer, very drinkable, dominated by citrus notes and balanced by the typical yeast character.Hops : Loral x CallistaMalts : Wheat, Pilsner, Oat.
